HOW DO I RETURN MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?Updated 9 months ago

For returns outside of the United States, please submit your return request through our portal and send the item back to using the carrier of your choice. 

You can follow the steps below to start your International Return. 🌸     

1. Head to our returns portal here 
2. Follow the prompts on our portal to begin your return 
3. Feel free to repack your items back in the original packaging. *Multiple orders cannot be combined. Please also include a print out of your order confirmation page, or your order number within your package. 
4. Ship back your order with the courier of your choice *We do not provide return labels for international orders  
5. Your refund will be issued within 3-6 business days of your return parcel being delivered to our warehouse *Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable   

We recommend you keep a copy of your return tracking number to allow you to track and monitor your return. We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your chosen courier when being returned to us.    

Please also kindly note:

  • Return processing may take up to 6 business days of receiving to complete.
  • We are unable to process refunds or store credits until your item is received and has been inspected by us.
  • Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense, we do not refund or add credit for the cost of return postage.
