How can I check the status of my order?Updated 9 months ago

There are a few options that are potentially available where you can check the status of your order. 

Access the shipping confirmation email 

You'll have received this email after the order has left our warehouse to track your package and check the delivery status once it has been fulfilled. 

Click on Track Your Package: you will be redirected to the carrier's website, where you can see where the package is and how long it will take to be delivered. 

Check your Petal & Pup Account
If you have a Petal and Pup account, Access your account at where you can see all your orders and review their status by clicking on each one of them on View Details. 

Remember that if you forget your password, you can always reset it. And if you don't have an account, feel free to create one! 

If an order appears unfulfilled, this means it has not been shipped yet - however, it could be in preparation. 

Try using our self service feature

Under "Manage  your orders" Simply click "Track" and enter the phone number associated with your order. 

This will prompt our system to send you an authorization code to be entered before viewing your order details.
