I haven't received my order confirmation email, what should I do?Updated 2 years ago

W're sorry to hear you haven’t received an order confirmation email.

All order confirmation emails are automatically generated once your order has successfully processed in our system. In most cases, confirmation emails are not received due to a slight typo, this could possibly be why you haven’t received the confirmation email from us just yet.

Not to worry though! 

To track your order, we recommend using our self service feature to track your order shown under "Manage  your orders" Simply click "Track" and enter the phone number associated with your order. 

This will prompt our system to send you a authorization code to be entered before viewing your order details. 

To update your email address, contact us providing your order number and the correct email address. Our team is always happy to help!
